Program Overview:PacifiCorp Energy Gateway Program Manager for Energy Gateway South (~420 miles) and Energy Gateway West (~1080 miles), and Sigurd-Red Butte #2 (172 miles)BHE/PG&E Central Valley Power Connect (230kV) (68 miles)Due diligence reviews and strategy determinations for FERC 1000 investmentsResponsible for overall siting, permitting, agency coordination and relationships and schedule and budget.Specifically:• Overall planning and strategic management of permitting and environmental elements of the Program • Providing project management and leadership within an integrated adaptive management structure • Developing and executing permitting, compliance, and mitigation strategies, individually, through staff and peers, and through specialty consultants • Detecting potential permitting or compliance issues, developing solutions, and achieving issue closure so as to avoid or mitigate impacts to the Program • Managing environmental planning and monitoring activities, including water quality, aquatic biological, and geomorphic data collection and cultural resources mitigation planning • Coordinating development and maintenance of a comprehensive inventory and acquisition plan for permits and approvals for planned construction projects • Coordinating and obtaining owner-supplied permits and approvals for construction projects and assisting construction contractors with permit acquisitions and transfers (as appropriate) • Coordinating and supporting the review of project specifications and designs for environmental requirements • Coordinating and supporting environmental aspects of construction contracts bidding • Coordinating the work of specialty consultants performing pre-construction cultural and environmental clearances and reviewing consultant work products • Coordinating compliance with construction site environmental monitoring as required by programmatic and project-specific permits

Provided day to day management of Environmental Programs for the Environmental Flight at Peterson AFB. Performed Air Emission Inventories, ECAMP internal audits, monitored compliance w/ EO, AFI, and Federal State and local regulations.

Responsible for review of development plans for water and wastewater in accordance with Colorado Springs Utilities specifications. Mitigated internal and external variances.

Managed up to 26 staff located across the US supporting DoD clients at all levels of the commands. Supported clients in addressing issues and developing resolutions for mission support.
