I am passionate and extremely dedicated human and educator with a diverse set of experiences. In each of my valued experiences I have made an impact by affirming students and staff to believe in themselves. Within the schools, my active participation in working groups, steering committees, extra curricular activities has helped the schools grow and enhanced the students experiences. Each and every opportunity has allowed me to grow as an educator. I strongly believe that the relationships we build are what allow us to make a difference in education and in the world as a whole. Equally the relationship we have with ourselves is ultimately the most important. The idea of helping students put on their oxygen masks after mine is secure is a true example of this idea. I lead by example demonstrating a growth mindset and a mindful approach to life and to teaching. Always acknowledging when I have made a mistake or lost my mindful mindset. Reflection is a powerful tool for moving forward and this is something I have supported and guided both students, colleagues and parents with. I strive to have a positive impact on students, colleagues and the community as a whole.
