Recruited and facilitated partnerships and collaborations with universities to offer Bachelors, Masters, Doctoral and certificate programs in order to increase access to higher education in the region. Facilitates key partnerships with Aberdeen Proving Ground and DOD community to encourage and enhance study in scientific and DOD support disciplines. Provided leadership and direction for the National Summer Miracles Program using Kidsave’s Family Visit Model to achieve a 93% placement rate of adoptable children into families post program. Created a program infrastructure and management of international program operations, fundraising, special events, budget development, staff and volunteers in geographically diverse communities across the United States.

Developed a new line of business for this consulting firm specializing in operations, technology, performance based contracting, organizational management and human capital planning. Accessed a broad personal network of business contacts and affiliations to explore current and emerging business needs associated with BRAC and provide consulting services.

Established programs of business, community and family partnerships for Harford County’s public school system of 50 schools and 40,000+ students focused on the goal of increasing student achievement. Increased the effectiveness and efficiency of this nonprofit organization committed to ending the abuse and neglect of children through parent education and prevention. Created protocols and streamlined policies/procedures for administrative functions including budgeting/financial operations, personnel/human resources, grants reporting, facility/operations, donor tracking, technology/data systems and the day-to-day operation of the organization and a staff of 17 employees. Built a successful fundraising/outreach/public affairs program via grants writing, donor development and signature special events: Great Chef’s Dinner; Wall Street Open Annual Golf Tournament and the Best of Baltimore Party.

Increased awareness for and raised funds for non-profit organizations through the creation/production of large scale events, public relations and corporate sponsorship.
