Nancy is a partner in Deloitte’s International Tax Services practice in Chicago. She has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of treasury planning, mergers and acquisitions, effective tax rate planning and tax provision assistance, business model optimization, and repatriation for both public and private multinational corporations. She serves clients in the consumer business and life sciences industries.Nancy is a speaker for Tax Executives Institute and a guest lecturer at the University of Illinois Masters in Tax Program. Nancy received her BS from the University of Illinois Urbana, Masters in Taxation from DePaul University, and she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
