In 2010, I founded Gilson Management, Inc. which is a small business that specializes in event marketing and management. The company's premier event is the Mad Dog Mania College Showcase Tournament. Since becoming the sole Director of this soccer tournament, team participation has increased by forty-five percent and the number of attending College Coaches has tripled, making it the region’s top Soccer College Showcase. As a successful administrator, I have proven leadership and communication skills, I am also accomplished in business development, consultative sales and negotiations and have demonstrated my ability to work independently, establish priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines. I am highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented and have experience in mentoring and training employees.
