This is a new position to Dohn as a stand-alone subject matter expert within all things HR to include the entire employee life-cycle. Included providing backup to payroll processing and advisement to ownership of compliance regulations covering all areas of HR. Became proficient in current systems while creating new processes within key areas of the employee life cycle to include recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. All services included travel covering both divisions from NoCO through Denver Metro offices and job sites.

Initially reported to a Director who served as mentor for first three years, then transitioned to sole HR Manager (Generalist) reporting directly to the President while partnering with other executives and directors to develop new business initiatives, foster employee engagement, and mobilize talent. Served as primary contact for entire employment covering all HRIS Technology items to include benefit administration, applicant tracking system, and HRIS. Became fully trained in payroll and 401k administration in 2019 and led successful HRIS/payroll system transition in 2020 to include crossover with accounting functions such as GL mapping, direct payroll uploads into Accounting software, and 180 EDI integration of 401k funding.

Initially hired as temporary recruitment support to staff new Fort Collins Medical Center. Transitioned to a temporary Full Cycle Recruiter covering 8 departments and supporting 35+ managers across multiple facilities in the Northern Colorado region for 16 months when recruitment assignment ended. Chose to train in a temporary Business Support Role for additional short-term assignments covering the daily PRN pool assignments as well as department administrative support verifying timecards for payroll and AP work. Was also asked to provide some short-term remote Recruitment coverage for Arizona facilities.All assignments were via Banner Staffing Services, Banner's internally managed temporary staffing service.
