In 2019 I founded Steiner Coaching Solutions after earning a master ELI coaching certification from IPEC-an internationally respected, gold standard bearer coaching training institute. Prior to coaching, I was a non fiction producer and director of news and documentary television one -offs, series and films. My work appeared on: NBC (Peabody award) CBS, BRAVO, CNN, HBO, PBS, TBS. Beyond network venues, I produced 52 pieces on global diplomacy for the Council on Foreign Relations shown in over 100 countries. I most recently directed a film for a Fortune 400 company spanning seven generations. Though my focus is on coaching, I continue my work as a director, creating privately funded films for foundations, families and corporations and, I am currently conducting interviews for Kunhardt Films, as they create the largest on-line interview archive ever assembled of all kinds of notables from change makers to celebs, politicians, artists, activists--the works!Though I am always going to keep my hand in as a film maker, my shift to coaching offers the opportunity to help individuals create their own narratives and embrace the changes they seek.In addition to coaching a broad range of clients (I deliberately do not have a niche ) I am coaching student entrepreneurs at the Harvard Business School along with various women's groups I create.I am a graduate of Hampshire College and am married to writer David Michaelis with whom I have a blended family of five children.
