30 years of teaching experience throughout Virginia. Experience with Gifted, Inclusion, and PBIS. Students ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade have been enriched. Skills include development of instructional material, delivery modes, disaggregating data, motivating students and staff. Consistently abreast of technology and educational issues to improve student's understanding and retention of content. Concentrating on enabling students of all ages to acquire accurate knowledge to build and utilize in real life situations.Current focus is on providing tools for parents, grandparents, and the community enabling individuals to address Addictions and Mental Health Awareness in our community and our country.
