Primary responsibilities are to ensure that the Bank is in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for various other regulations including but not limited to, Regulation CC, GLBA, and CRA.Also responsible to for the monitoring of the internal audit function. Duties include oversight of Branch Operations, Branch Support, Loan Operations and Sarbanes-Oxley testing. Responsible for coordinating all activities of the Audit Committee including correspondence, recording of minutes, tracking of audit exceptions and point person for all internal audits.
