With over 30 years of leadership and C-suite experience in both the private and public sectors, I specialize in strategic consulting to address complex business challenges and promote growth. In addition to consulting, I am a Board Member at King’s University and am Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee. My experience is both broad and deep spanning startups, nonprofits and enterprise organizations. I have managed large-scale projects, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue increase and employee engagement. Prior to consulting, I was the President and CEO of The Sunshine Foundation of Canada (now Shine Foundation) for 15 years, the national charity providing life changing programs for children, youth and young adults living with severe physical disabilities. Prior to this, I held leadership positions in the private sector, including an executive role with Aktiv Kapital where I guided HR practices and managed post-acquisition integrations.
