Kaleo Supports creates supports in which people with disabilities can achieve their dreams and life goals. We provide Vocational Rehabilitation Services through assessment, job development and job coach training. We also provide Innovations Wavier Services for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services include Community Networking, In-Home Skill Building, Intensive In-Home Services, Supported Employment, Respite, Personal Care, Natural Supports Education and Residential Supports through Alternative Family Living (AFL) homes. Kaleo Supports is in the provider network of the following Managed Care Organizations serving 25 counties:Eastpointe, Sandhills Center,Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.
