What drives me is continually being challenged and owning the journey.I work with superannuation funds, fund managers, corporates, private equity and government clients, and have a track record of applying my commercial acumen and strategic thinking to create value for my clients. I have led successful, complex high profile government privatisation / commercialisation assignments, corporate transactions and ASX listings (most recently, the Victorian Government Motor Vehicle Registry Transaction, sale of Virgin Australia, ASX listing of PEXA). Proven ability to motivate others to achieve successful outcomes. I am a caring and empathetic leader having led small and large teams (from my direct team to leading 200+ people across advisors, department and management teams in government transactions). I have deep sector expertise in a wide range of infrastructure assets, from core infrastructure (i.e., ports, airports and toll roads) to alternative / core plus infrastructure (i.e., logistics and digital infrastructure) to proptech.I am passionate about diversity & inclusion and helping underprivileged children. I am currently on the Board of ChildFund Australia.I hold a Masters of Finance from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours in Finance) and Bachelor of Law from the University of NSW; and am the 2022 recipient of the Women in Banking & Finance Institutional Banking Achievement Award.
