I was in charge of a division of more than 100 faculty, 22 full-time and the rest part-time. I oversaw the Writing Center and Language Lab and supervised several professional staff in those areas. My work included scheduling, program oversight, budget development and management, faculty and staff evaluations and student concerns. I retired in May 2014 to do educational consulting.
