-Managed all Unit training and order execution, and in that time created more than 200 requirements for personnel to fulfill their US Navy Reserve Annual Training requirements.-Led monthly operations meetings, seeking input from all unit members.-Created a vital report on the USPACOM Disaster Response Framework for the Humanitarian-Assistance/Disaster-Response (HA/DR) Projects Team.-Performed SharePoint 2013 on-the-job training; and built SharePoint sub-sites and set layouts for knowledge management, utilized in future exercises.-Responsible for positive identification of network workstations within the headquarters building; to facilitate the tech upgrade project with inventory of over 250 classified computers.-During 4 exercises, spent an accumulated 320 hours as part of tech support team for USPACOM Flag Officers, including real-world and exercise tech issues, meticulously updating the watch log of significant events, and maintaining physical and communication security.-In Manila, Philippines, coordinated 60+ PowerPoint presentations for Corporate Board and guest speakers, uploading to SharePoint and demonstrated diplomacy with foreign dignitaries. Received Flag Letter of Commendation from Navy Admiral for outstanding performance during this period.-In Kathmandu, Nepal, acted as administrative liaison between USPACOM and Multi-national participants, managed all opening and formal ceremony logistics and arrangements for more than 300 Host Nation and Foreign Dignitaries from 23 countries. Administratively responsible for tracking training-module attendance and uploading training presentations onto SharePoint for all members.-Qualified as Unit SharePoint Manager and dedicated 32 hours to the creation of Excel template and file folders for the Unit’s SharePoint site set-up.-Qualified as Unit Career Counselor and provided monthly career development guidance to 15+ enlisted unit members.
