Life has a way of leading us down many paths and I’ve been fortunate to find and follow my career path for over 20 years. I discovered a passion for seeing others be successful early in my career. To play any part in helping someone else gain a skill, learn something new or just use their natural gifts and talents to achieve success allows me to feel that I’ve made a difference. As a leader I believe that taking care of the team will ensure that the customer receives the best possible experience. I trust individuals to perform their best but when needed, I’m not afraid to address performance issues. I admit that I enjoy working alongside talented people to create the new and different. Being part of a team is important to me whether serving as leader or as an individual contributor.As a learning professional, parent, wife, grandmother and volunteer I know that passion comes from many avenues. My goal is to help individuals find their passion leveraging their unique talents to impact others.
