- Ensure material procurement through worldwide suppliers, negotiating the best commercial conditions (price, delivery place, minimum order quantity, payment terms, delivery time) for new projects or serial production components.-Contracts with strategic suppliers.-Work together with R&D engineering and supplier to get materials with best quality at best price.- Drawings interpretations.- Guarantee zero delays in material supply for PPAP or start of production in new projects.- Guarantee zero line stops due to lack of material in serial production. Manage of spot buys for shortage in production line.-Guarantee to reach the annual savings target by negotiations with current supplier or develop new ones.-Search for savings opportunity for freight conditions, or payment conditions, MOQ.-New projects management for materials.-Provide best prices for quotation for the client.-Stock management.Expertise areas:Mainly electronic components: Connectors, capacitors, diodes, bridge rectifiers, integrated corcuits, resistor, relays, PCB, transistors, transformers, wireharness.Other areas: Molded plastic injection parts, resins, masterbatch, aluminum extrusion, plastic extrusion.
