As a forensic genealogist, I am experienced in genealogy and heirships, as well as a wide range of physical and online historical archives and depositories. I'm also well-versed in estate and real estate law in a number of states, including, but not limited to, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Texas. As Director of our Genealogy and Heirship Department, I hire and supervise contractors and employees; review, assess, and manage all heirship research and assignments; and develop departmental research and report writing standards. Additionally, I supervise department training by holding training workshops, developing training materials, and instructing supervisors in effective teaching methodologies.I have 20 years of progressively responsible experience in oil and gas, heirship, title, ODMA, MTA & intestate laws.
