Maintaining office as personal assistant to Mr. Minton and his family. Pay all personal and business bills, maintain medical records and prescriptions, tax records for accountant, spreadsheets to track all expenses, make travel arrangements for meetings, fishing trips, personal vacations, keep calendar up to date with meetings, travel, prepare expense reports, prepare correspondence and coordinate other household staff, as needed.

Assisted with the preparation of legal documents in a law office specializing in Estate Planning and Business planning. Filed real estate documents, prepared deeds, Real Estate Transfer Certificates; filed business planning documents (i.e. Articles of Incorporation, Operation Agreements, etc.) with the Secretary of State to create corporations, LLCs and S-corps. Answered the phone and scheduled client meetings. Worked with the Clerk of Court in real estate transactions.

Assisted the airport authority in the daily operations of the airport including customer service, answering telephones, bookkeeping, word processing, data base management, spreadsheet management, invoicing, creating newsletters, managing all advertising in the airport and handling all of the security background checks, fingerprinting and hiring of highly secured personnel and eventually training a staff of private security personnel to take over that aspect of the position.
