Develops detailed RF test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan. • Develops solutions to calibration RF systems problems of limited scope and impact. • Design and validate test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements mostly in RF fields. • Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements. Reviews test data for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer. • Provide program to support to analysis, manufacturing, integration and test at payload, sub-system, and component level. • Lead and perform assessments of satellite payload systems and associated subsystems. • Provide technical and programmatic assessments (e.g., technical risk, budget issues, and schedule issues).
