• Lead Harney Community Connect (CC) Coordinator | St. Charles Health System (SCHS) Electronic Medical Records (EHR) Epic CC partnership--Epic Ambulatory Analyst Certification (2019) facilitated all Harney scoped EHR initiatives, including Respiratory Therapy Epiphany Integrations; Non-Onc Infusion, OP Surgery Clinics printer & workstation RX mapping, and Imprivata SSO integration. Led custom ED Outpatient, build to document RHC patient visits in HOD, combined Epic Ambulatory, ASAP, Beaker, Cadence, ClinDoc, OpTime, Prelude, Radiant, Stork, HB and PB components to replace paper and manual processes. Established strong working relationships with end-users management at Harney and SCHS to encourage standard work and influence build to align with established guiding principles and accommodate Harney’s CC partner needs.• 2016-2018 Lead Harney EHR Implementation Supervisor | coordinated Harney scoped project direction, adoption sessions and integrated workgroups to influence build decisions. Led Harney clinical and revenue cycle data conversion, cutover, scheduling, training and reporting projects. All Health Information Management (HIM) outpatient demographics pre-populated in Epic to facilitate caregiver documentation workflows. Continuity of Care Document (CCD), problems, meds and allergies, three years of clinical notes, two years of patient labs, one year of patient imaging results, and future appointments were converted and Harney’s locally hosted RHC GE Centricity EHR was archived• 2015-2016 Harney service desk support | Co-manager Active Directory (AD), network resources and print servers for 200 caregivers and administrative employees at the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and Family Care Rural Health Center (RHC) as one of Harney’s three Information Technology (IT) Specialists. Developed expertise in virtualization, Microsoft Exchange and Skype server administration. Help desk ticket volume, after-hours calls, and billable services decreased by 30%.
