Computer Frontiers, Inc. is an international ICT company operating in nine African countries through affiliate partners as part of the Computer Frontiers Group (CFG). • Responsible for designing and implementing a more effective corporate structure for CFG and their affiliate African partners. Analyze and select appropriate, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting and administrative operations for each of the members of the CFG.• Develop long-term corporate vision and strategy including analysis of existing markets and competitive landscape; synthesize critical trends that will impact our business, create new frameworks for identifying risks and disruptive moves in the industry. • Support and manage the development of the African companies, including the overall planning cycle, project reviews, contract compliance and project impacts. Supervise the Managing Directors of foreign offices including status of the day-to-day operations and staff performance.• Establish a board of directors and manage board meeting, conference calls and communication processes.• Drive strategic cross-business initiatives, business development, market opportunities and partnerships. Proposal writing and management for the operations in both African and the USA.• Evaluate potential strategic acquisitions and partnerships; analyze financial and strategic rationale, create executive briefing materials.• Establish and manage a standard financial management system for each of the CFG members.• Coach and mentor junior members of strategy team, developing their skills and toolset so that they can contribute at a high level in a lean, fast-moving team. Maintain and monitor staffing, levels, Knowledge-Skills-Attributes (KSA), expectations and motivation to fulfill organizational requirements.
