Nancy has more than 17 years of healthcare experience which includes physician office management, project management, revenue cycle and central billing office management; as well as PM and EHR implementations and training in ambulatory physician offices and hospital systems.Nancy has demonstrated project management, leadership skills and self-directed management abilities. Her technical and communication skills allow her to excel at issue analysis, test plan development, and progress tracking in addition to acting as a liaison between clinical/project staff and technical staff. She manages several consultants which include on-boarding and mentoring new consultants. She has a proven track record of high paced project management and implementations of small to large sized physician clinics complete with workflow development to best utilize electronic PM/EHR systems. Nancy has worked with clients on the development and deployment of internal ‘change control’ processes and creation of clinical workflows. She also has knowledge of several Population Health Systems and keeps up to date with Meaningful Use, PQRS and MACRA/MIPS.Experience and ExpertiseNancy has worked with several practice specialties including Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Behavioral Health and Ophthalmology.
