Consultant turned Operations fanatic. I am an athlete who loves to raise my hand to new challenges, and I approach my work with an enterprise-level thought process; I am a team-player and will always lend a helping hand, and I believe vulnerability moves us forward while ego holds us back. I am a pace-setter, I believe in commitment and accountability, and I am endlessly optimistic about the things we can accomplish when we work as a team. Currently I wear two primary hats: 1. I lead a team of amazing folks running Fulfillment and Logistics for ByHeart, a fast-growing,science-driven infant formula company. In the last ~year we launched our DTC business, nationwide distribution at Target and Walmart, Publix, Thrive, Whole Foods, Meijer, Wegmans and there is lots more on the way! 1. I sit between our Commercial and Supply teams and work closely with each to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency. I love partnering with our other leaders to build a case for what we should go after to drive the business forward and any day I am learning more about the business is a good day.
