As a Learning and Development Manager and Top Talent Recruiter, my passion is to create a sense of belonging and feeling of welcome transcending from recruitment through first interview into training and beyond via a ‘you had me at hello’ engagement philosophy. When I train I love to facilitate learning by having fun and consciously bringing real life examples into each training session to make training interesting, interactive and applicable to the role. Committed and attentive when training groups or individuals, I'm known for considering individual and company objectives, creating an overall positive experience and using strong organizational skills while tailoring the learning management system’s (LMS) content and delivery to produce road ready, self confident sales representatives.I am skilled in design and delivery of training curriculums to individuals and groups that include multiple learning methods (i.e. e-learning, instructor-led, virtual). Experienced with classroom facilitation and online training content/instructional design as well as the development of asynchronous learning materials.I have also been recognized for my spider sense when recruiting, attracting and retaining top talent. Delivering exceptional results through a Predictive Index (PI) Analytic behavioural interviewing tool has enabled me to interview with keen discovery of best qualities and choose those most suitable for the role. I have helped recruit and interview hundreds of sales positions from Sales Representatives to Sales Managers as well as been a confidential advisor to the Director of Sales on occasion to recruit the right’ individual for the role. Benefits of the PI have led to a deeper understanding of the person and their individual learning and training needs promoting an enriched learning experience for them.I recently tried yoga and I am loving it.
