I am an attorney at Bradley Werner, LLC, where I lead the national municipal telecommunications practice. I have extensive expereince working for local governments on a wide range of telecommunications issues, including cable franchising, wireless and small cell deployments, pole attachments and other rights of way matters. I have filed comments in numerous dockets at the FCC and other federal agencies, and litigated on behalf of local governments in state and federal courts to defend local communications policies and regluations and to challenge FCC orders.
