Investor Services * Assisting C-level executives, including meeting prep, PowerPoint presentations, travel planning, and preparing marketing materials. Heading up quarterly and special distributions; preparing responses to tax notices; gathering information for and mailing tax returns; keeping investor files and database up-to-date; preparing expense reports; general office duties.

Entering information from superbills; using CPT and ICD-9 books to interpret doctor’s notes; submitting claims, electronic and paper, to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies; following up on denied claims; keeping billing information database up-to-date; preparing statements and invoices.

Following up on denied Medicare claims; submitting HCFAs to federal and state agencies; checking in patients; preparing new charts; scheduling appointments.
