Nancy has spent more than 25 years in the meeting industry both on the association side and as a third party consulting and management partner. Company and professional goals include client retention and account management and services penetration. Nancy joined Experient in the Washington, DC office in 1993 where she has served as an account manager on a wide variety of National Association accounts encompassing the fields of higher education, technology, medical, science and a number of others. She currently works with approximately 8 National Association accounts in the Greater Washington, DC area and is responsible for overall account management in conjunction with service teams who provide registration, housing, meeting planning and lead retrieval to large conferences and shows of 2,000-13,000 attendees. Her experience working with top meeting and convention cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Orlando and New York lends her great credibility with both her customers and industry partners.Nancy has also earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation (CMP) from the Convention Industry Council in 1995 and has retained it to the present time.Prior to joining Experient, Nancy was employed as a Program Manager and Conference Planner from 1986-1993 for two major associations in Washington, DC.Specialties: strategic client and account management utilizing account penetration
