My career and passion for flowers spans 35 years. Working in the industry for notable flower shops of their day and developing my style. & skills. My dream to open my own shop happened on (October 1, 1984. 33 years later I still have the passion) When I started I had $750 to my name and a dream. I had focus & drive. I love making people happy and providing fresh beautiful artisan designs. Fantasy Flowers has something for every one. From bunches & loose stems to designs that are traditional to architectural. Helping people express themselves through flowers & plants. Offering gifts, candles, candles, jewelry, plaques, religious & motivational items. Weddings are a love. Creating amazing designs that set the theme, color and imagination of the bride.

I think about how lucky I am to do what I love. For 25 years and then some, I have been apart of my clients special occassions, weddings, first communions, when they are happy and joyous, when they are sad and greiving. Flowers are a gift that can uplift your heart and express what some times is hard to say. Flowers are apart of life, they say I love you, I am thinking about you. They are the beautiful words of life. If I could send you flowers at this moment, I would be sending you more than a vase filled with pretty blooms, I would be sending you best wishes for the future. As the blooms open, they speak of hope for the future.

I love to ski. 16 years ago, at a chance meeting-skiing I mentioned I had always wanted to ski instruct. Two days later I was in the program. I teach mostly children. I love being outside all day in the fresh air. There is nothing better than making a crisp well planned turn. Love the sound of ski edges in snow. This year I will work on learning adaptive teaching and Bold - guiding visually impaired.. My area of expertise will be on VIP Vision impaired and 3 or 4 track. Teaching skiing is my opportunity to help someone else learn to fly.

Love the people I worked with. Many still visit or use my flower shop. This was the last job I had prior to opening my own business.
