Work Description: Hasselblad and Inspire product life-cycle management.I am in charge of both line’s operations and gain cross-department communication skills.Main Responsibility:1.Marketing Analysis: Analyse the market size and target audience. Both Hasselblad and Inspire products are different with those popular DJI drones. It’s more challenging for market analysis and product strategy design.2.Product Marketing: Finding the key selling points of those products based on the analysis and deliver the key message through all the channels.3.Product Launching Strategy: Bulid up the new product launching strategy including price&margin, key channel selection, retail plan, training plan, after-sales service plan, etc.4.Product Operation: Monitor the inventory status during the whole life circle, make promotion plan and stock clearance plan.Key Result: 1.Organize the communication of different function teams from Sweden/China/Japan to work together, make sure the whole team is on the same pace.2.Launching the Hasselblad X2D 100C and Inspire 3, both are hero products of each line. Hasselblad X2D keeps popular for over one year since its launch and Inspire 3 launched as the highest level drone in DJI consumer product line.3.Clear the stock of Hasselblad and Inspire series before the product launch, lower the influence to the new ones.
