Leadership:• Built up a competent team with 50% newcomers since some co-workers left from 2011, my leadership index increased from 59% FY13 to 71% FY14 then to 74%(team leadership) in FY15.• Leadership develops very much with my practice in daily work and also from Basic leadership and MCL program. Lead projects:• Lead the change of Moving Finance team to Shanghai during entire transferred period, incl. building competence in SH and securing Motivation and performance in SZ.• Lead the service fee payment projects. Working with SE controllers, China Holding tax team, Deloitte and local tax authority then successfully paid out service fee payment with withholding tax EXEMPTION for IKEA C Shenzhen. Working with SE controllers, China Holding tax team, Deloitte and local tax authority and successfully paid out service fee payment with good result for IKEA C Shanghai.• Lead and implement improvement projects. In order to share competence of Shared Service Central and China Holding, successfully transferred legal to China Holding, then handover TEC, VAT refunding & Supplier invoices to SSC.• Lead the company closing of IKEA C Shenzhen. Successfully relocated the whole Finance team from Shenzhen to Shanghai in 2014. Have closed 3 branch offices successfully, now is closing Shenzhen head office according to the planned schedule.Business support• Utilize Finance figures and analysis to support P&D controlling.• Work closely with P&D, Market, Purchasing and global controlling team to support them how to prepare a better forecast and Budget as a contact window.• Often communicate with P&D, Market, Purchasing to understand business needs and support business such as setting sales price model, purchase price element, etc.• Work as a bridge between business and Finance to explain our business model to local tax authority and contribute to service fee payment.

Finance & Accounting:• Solved legal and tax issues brought by legal company relocation such as inter-company transactions, VAT refunding as trading company, VAT leftover, etc. for IKEA C Shenzhen. • Strongly supported company relocation from Shenzhen to Shanghai in Legal and Finance areas during 2012-2013, first created Feng Xiang branch, later set up legal company IKEA C Shanghai. • Very well secure Legal and operational financial reporting in IKEA C Shanghai.• Good coordinator and Finance support for forecast. Today it’s better in quality and meeting deadline.• Improved Ingka report quality. Scores increased from 49% FY13 to 81% FY14 then to 90% in FY15.• Worked out Transfer Pricing structure and documents. From 2008 we started to prepare TP auditing in order to decrease TP risk. Working with Deloitte and also considering our business model, I worked out one systematic way to comb and prepare TP figures, which helped to more accurately reflect our intercompany profit disclose potential risk.• Improved yearly auditing. To connect yearly auditing and our bookkeeping, I worked out a systematic way to instruct whole Finance team to prepare for yearly auditing with better quality and efficiency. Additional, we used yearly auditing to instruct and improve the quality of bookkeeping in daily work. • Improved VAT refunding. I changed working ways including customs declaration to improve quality of VAT refunding.• Internal working instruction. In order to secure Finance team’s work compliance with IKEA Financial rules and procedures, I worked with Finance manager to create backup system, handover list, finance team authorization list and related working instructions.• Account reconciliation & Finance analysis. I cleared out all the BS accounts from accumulated figures, which helped us to improve and secure qualified bookkeeping and report.• Routine and policy. To create routine and policy to secure compliance with tax laws and legal rules.
