I run many leadership programmes equipping managers and supervisors on core leadership skills along with my team of facilitators at ACES.In addition, I have been invited by the Singapore Government through the Civil Service College to Macau to train the latter’s civil servants (from all various government agencies and departments) on Executive Management Skills.

As Training Director of ABA (Audit and Business Advisory audit and risk consulting) at Arthur Andersen for about 14 years, I was certified in Illinois, USA to design and deliver management development courses. I have delivered multiple management development courses for all levels within Andersen as well as for external clients all over Asia Pacific, US, UK and Europe. I have also conducted numerous cultural awareness sessions for Andersen’s global leaders during the firm’s residential training programmes.In 1994 to 1996, I was based in Shanghai, as the Greater China (PRC, Taiwan, Hong Kong) Training Director, to be in charge of the Chinese’s professional education and development.Additionally, I have successfully established the internal training framework for Andersen’s Chinese offices, and even created an external client training service line. I was also very glad to have did many highly demanded extensive in-house trainings for my Chinese clients.
