• Managed schedules, budgets, and consultants for U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and World Bank environmental policy development and non-profit empowerment contracts totaling over $5 million in Peru and Romania; data tracking for achievement of scopes of work, monitoring & evaluation, compliance with federal laws and procedures.• Organized multi-national conferences for 500 in Bolivia (forest management plans/Amazonian sustainable wood production) and Mexico City (global climate change).

• Administered 9 USAID Democracy and Governance Civil Society Capacity-Building contracts totaling over $2.5 million, coordinating consultant scheduling, and budget monitoring with staff in El Salvador, Guatemala, Croatia, and Russia.

Facilitated activities in Spanish and the local Mayan language (Quiché) on a range of environmental topics such as sustainable agroforestry practices, soil conservation, reforestation, tree nursery management and alternative fuel consumption projects; developed and sustained productive partnerships with 7 Guatemalan community groups, 4 local elementary schools and 2 local mayor offices.
