1. Responsible for The sample merchandising of hats of supreme, Roots and The North face.2. Develop sample hats according to customers' quarterly drawings, ask the designated manufacturer for spices after getting the drawings, or ask the purchasing department to find suitable fabrics and accessories, then issue orders on the ERP system to the factory to produce sample hats, and send them to the customers after checking that there is no problem, and take charge of pushing customers' comments and asking them to place a large order.3. Responsible for daily email reading and reply, timely convey guests' opinions to the factory, and act as a communication bridge between guests and the factory.4. Responsible for sending samples and quotations.5. Follow up the delivery time of sample orders and assist in dealing with all kinds of anomalies
