-- Provide business planning and projection for 6 sub-regions in Asia Pacific worth US$150MM annual revenue . -- Make monthly performance review and analysis to regional leaders by identifying the variance with root causes. -- Coordinate/support country projects with other workstream leaders like demand, supply chain , CSR and sales by providing financial assessment,evaluation and guidance. -- Work with country leaders on cost/expense budgeting which should be in line with regional goals and strategy

-- Jan'07 to Jan'09, lead A/P team ( 8 direct report) to provide accounting service on RTP process (Request to Pay) for 10+ Dupont entities in China. -- Feb'09 to Apr'09, lead A/R team (2 direct report) to provide accounting service on STC process (Sales to Cash) and support Credit team on credit policy implemented-- Drive the internal process to be more efficient and in line with the internal control/SOX by working closely with entity finance managers, sourcing team and BU/function end users. -- Improve team productivity and service quality by optimizing working process , motivating team spirit, building up backup system etc.

-- Manage the accounting team(2 direct report) of the tolling manufacturing site located in Songjiang.-- Build up the accounting policy and procedures and accounting team when the site was newly established. -- Lead annual tax filing and all kinds of internal and external audits-- Provide financial analysis to site business leaders for performance review and business forecast
