• Produce feasibility studies to assess the planning viability of potential projects based on local norms/FSI• Development model options – schematic singular development for new built and conversion models that complies with the State and National Building regulations (India)• Presentation & participation in owners meeting for potential projects.• Produce design brief to consultants / architects and follow up on the design progress to be well within design brief / guidelines and to complete within timelines• Advise on the brand specific material specification and selection (Archi / ID / FF&E / OES)• Reviewing interior design concepts and advising on look and feel of the areas, right colour palette• Managing multiple projects from project kick – off, monitoring project progress, co-ordinating with international architects and other local consultants, follow-up with contractors / vendors, updating management on progress until pre-opening and final handover to Hotel Operations team.• Resolution of difficult and complex design and construction problems• Support to marketing and sales team.• Management and oversee project documentation, drawings for Government approvals • Review of documentation to ensure compliance with company documentation standards.• Responsible for execution of model apartment • Working with clients to obtain well designed product• Working with builders / contractors / QS team to produce financially feasible product without compromise on quality.
