Overview: Assists with project management duties, overseeing and performing administrative functions concerned with a project, including but not limited to calling contractors, making appointments, ordering supplies, and preparing reports and overseeing document control. Responsibilities: -Assist and coordinate in the development of the document management system for the company.-Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by committees and executives.-Point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.-Accurately recording and preparing minutes from meetings.-Coordinate travel for multiple managers, including air travel, hotel reservations and car rentals.-Organize daily workload by priorities.-Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.-Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Perform administrative duties, coordinate meetings, organize venues, resolve project related issues, prepare meeting minutes, proposals, bids, reports, presentations, and other technical documents, manage project document control, update project calendars.Skills: Coordinating meetings; organizing venues; of modern office methods and procedures. Ability is required to maintain effective working relationships with others; to handle confidential work; to interpret and handle routine matters in accordance with company policy; and to follow oral and written instructions. High proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Office, including Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
