I am responsible for the recruitment of employees throughout New Jersey. We employee direct care, clinical and managerial personnel to assist in providing a continuum of care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and developmental disabilities.I also coordinate the training for almost 800 employees with an online training series enabling all employees to receive up to date trainings in the Mental Health and DD fields. We are about to launch a "webinar" style of training, using the technology to eliminate travel for some of the other training we conduct.

Taught college-bound seniors. Classes included British Literature, American Literature and AP Grammar. Advisor to the student yearbook.

I taught English Literature and Grammar/Writing classes to 9th through 12 graders and I advised the Student Yearbook Class and Student Newspaper classes.
