I am a partner in the Business and Municipal/ Redevelopment practice groups of Best Best & Krieger’s Sacramento office. My practice concentrates on all types of real estate transactions and agreements in finance, including leasing, acquisitions, development, property management, easements, business buy/sell, and joint ventures (partnerships/LLCs). Some of my private clients include institutional asset managers, agricultural product processors, ranch owners, manufacturing facilities, movie/television studios, regional and community banks, private real estate investors, and nature conservancies. I also represent a number of public entities in their real estate holdings. I have recently been doing a number of office and industrial property acquisitions for owner/users as well as ranch land. I enjoy helping clients strategize the best way to structure their deal, negotiate the best terms, and follow it to closing.I am very involved in the Sacramento community as a volunteer for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
