Equipment And Fleet Maintenance Division

· Execute feasibility studies for acquisition and infrastructure projects. · Planning and follow up CAPEX portfolio.· Participate actively in the budgeting portfolio process. · Follow up of project and financial execution.· Prepare procurement documents for bidding process. · Define and follow up process improvements.

Locks Division

. Execute internal control audits assigned according to the Annual Internal Control Program. · Conduct reviews and update procedures and manuals of the Quality Management System. · Design of KPIs to measure units’ performance to find improvement opportunities and take strategic decisions. · Data and processes analysis to maximize efficiency and simplicity.

Construction Contract Management Division

· Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of projects documents. · Design and review of procedures, instructions and forms for manage the documentation of the projects. · Monitoring and control of different project documentation through the Project Management Information System. · Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals, workflows, change orders, specs). · Distribute project-related copies to internal teams to review and approve it.

Risk And Financial Management Division

· Execute organization’s maturity risk analysis based on Integral Risk Management. · Identify levels of risk and perform risk management analysis to mitigate it. · Review and approval of radioactive or hazardous material guarantees. · Modeling scenarios for strategic analysis to increase Expanded Panama Canal limits of multi-peril insurance coverage. · Development of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) of Panama Canal critical services.

Project Management Division
