Nancy Argyle is a senior communications advisor and strategist, journalist, media trainer, public relations professional and crisis communications expert. With 30 years of combined experience including time well spent as a senior government communications director and issues analyst, Nancy regularly shares her unique insight and expertise with organizations in many different sectors, from aerospace to transportation. She has also worked with non-profit agencies and has more than six years experience supporting Indigenous organizations. Nancy also provides content development services for a number of companies in the USA.Over the past two decades, Nancy has written for more than a dozen newspapers and magazines and, today, she continues to write for a variety of publications as well as lectures at universities on media relations and strategic communications. As a government issues analyst, Nancy gained vital experience preparing white papers and ministerial briefing notes to help guide officials through difficult incidents. Eventually, with a certificate in emergency operations and planning from the renowned Justice Institute and the practical experience of leading government communications teams through 11 disasters, Nancy became one of Canada's foremost disaster communicators.
