Senior Project Manager for a variety of technology projects including Salesforce implementation, Business Intelligence, and external facing corporate portals. Managed in-house and off shore development teams. Ensured compliance with all Daimler project and technology requirements. Worked closely with management team in securing project funding and defining technology solutions.• Project Manager for the corporate implementation Salesforce• Project Manager for the development of the external web portal designed to support the sales functions within the truck dealership. This project included working directly with the dealerships as well as internal business partners.• Managed a variety of other projects to support sales, marketing and invoicing.

Developed and conducted a technology assessment of Addiction and Mental Health providers throughout the State. Developed process flows, business and technical requirements, and data specifications for data submission and data mart solutions. Project Management support for the implementation of a web-based Behavioral Electronic Health Record and data mart for services provided and outcome measures to support the implementation of coordinate care.

Management responsibilities included managing application technology teams and quality assurance. A key area of responsibility was the oversight and management of relationships with business stakeholders. Evaluated new technologies and managed the selection and implementation of these solutions. Key technology initiatives included SharePoint 2010 and Computer Aided Dispatching

Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Solution for PetSmart. Developed requirements, report specifications, and conceptual designs to support the implementation of a series of operational reports, strategic reports, and dashboards. The reports focused on Transportation, Warehouse, Labor and Yard Management of the PetSmart Distribution Centers. Reports were developed utilizing the Data Warehouse incorporating SAP data and other supporting systems.

• Field Technology Deployment for NW Natural. Managed a multi-vendor gas utility field office implementation. Project responsibilities included product selection, vendor management, coordinating project scheduling across departments and vendors, identifying business redesign opportunities, product design, configuration, testing and implementation. • Speech Recognition Implementation for NW Natural. Managed selection and implementation of a customer self-service solution through system recognition of spoken language.

Managed a group comprised of 23 staff members including three managers. Areas of responsibility included IT finance, database administration, web services, and GIS services. Additional responsibilities included implementing a strategy for establishing an enterprise-wide Program Management Office. Participated in the core team that developed and implemented an activity based costing model for IT.

• Disaster Recovery Plan for Xerox. Developed a Disaster Recovery Plan for the Wilsonville, Oregon Data Center, to meet Xerox’s global objectives. Project included a business impact assessment with each business unit, a site-based risk analysis and evaluating and selecting an alternate recovery site. Additional responsibilities included coordinating the development of application and server disaster recovery plans then testing the plans through off-site disaster recovery drills. Also responsible for coordinating with the Xerox Global Disaster Recovery Project Office, the European Office Group Data Center, and local Business Resumption planning efforts.

• Managed a multi-project development initiative for Multnomah County Aging & Disability Services. Responsibilities included managing a six-person development team for a Java browser application. Lead the analysis and design of a data repository for State and local data related to case management for clients.• Managed a five-agency analysis of current information systems that track data related to Multnomah County's mental health services. Responsibilities included participating in a variety of committees chartered with defining case management integration. Presented findings in public forums.• E-Business Portal for Freight Exchange Company. Defined and document business requirements through the development of Process Flows and Use Cases. Coordinated with technical staff in translating business requirements into modeling the E-Business Portal for a freight exchange web site.• Managed the implementation of a nationally recognized criminal justice data warehouse for Multnomah County. The five-person team was responsible for the definition and development of the data warehouse, data mart, and decision support system. As the liaison to County and City agency heads and elected officials, facilitated establishment of long-term goals, priorities and policies and procedures for the continued development and support of the data warehouse. • Lease Management Solution for Colonial Pacific Leasing. Managed a four-person QA/Test team, defined and implemented QA and test procedures. Responsible for the review of requirements, design, code and testing of a packaged solution and custom code. Responsible for defining and implementing approach for evaluating and selecting lease accounting software solution including vendor site visits to assess technical and functional viability of the vendors and their systems.
