As the Executive Director, I am responsible for working closely with the Board of Directors to carry out the Alliance’s educational mission, to foster the development and deployment of advanced building science education and training, and to support the building science community through strategic partnerships. In addition, I will seek out and develop opportunities for collaboration with other organizations to further enhance EEBA’s interests, and to ensure the overall financial health of the organization.

As the Director of EEBA's nationally acclaimed Houses That Work™ Program, I oversaw the management and execution of 30-40 one day training events around the US annually. Houses That Work™ is the nation's leading turn-key solution for educational training and outreach. EEBA's educational sessions provide the building industry with ways to improve the performance, efficiency, durability, safety, health and comfort of the homes they build, making them a better value for their customers. Based on years of field research from the US Department of Energy's Building America Program, Houses That Work delivers education for improved building performance and increased profitability. The climate-specific content includes measurement tools, design concepts, application demonstrations and case studies. A mini-expo and SmartTools Bookstore are part of each classroom experience.

I spent over 10 years in the legal profession at Meshbesher & Spence as a Legal Administrative Assistant, with extensive experience in civil litigation, corporate and employment law, personal injury and criminal defense. I supported multiple attorneys and partners with my proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
