Responsible for air transportation across an international spectrum to ensure global reach of military capability for humanitarian and contingency operations. Ensures maintenance, aerial port, command and control and air evacuation medical support for mobility operations across the eastern en route area of responsibility for the Air Force. Executes a $92 million annual budget in addition to having oversight of 70+ facilities valued at $510 million.

Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom

Managed over 240 personnel and 15 KC-135R aircraft worth $1.39B while supporting Department of Defense, United States allies and the President of the United States for combat, contingency and humanitarian operations. Operated the only 24/7 United States airfield in the United Kingdom while executing a $35M flying hour program and $1.1M operating budget. Oversee planning, mobility readiness and employment of two squadrons and four group-level agencies.

Advises and implements basing and force structure initiatives in the European theater. Initiates and tracks overseas force structure changes through the host nation notification process. Team lead for Project and Site Activation Task Force. Plans, organizes and direct activities for four branches and oversees all personnel and manning requirements within the division.

Managed an 80 member aviation organization -- trained, equipped and standardized procedures and good order of discipline while enforcing United States Air Forces and FAA directives. Ensured rapid global mobility while maintaining 21 crews made up of a 3 person aviation team. Provides air refueling around the world to meet the needs of the nation. Personally maintained flight credentials as an instructor and evaluator pilot in the KC-135R/T.
