My expertise centers around the entire e-Discovery business process, having assisting clients since 2007 in many facets of this process. As a former practicing attorney, I understand the difficulties and challenges for both in-house and outside counsel. Fusion provides a single collaborative framework from which legal, IT and records management teams can work through legal governance, risk and compliance management processes, from information management and e-discovery through production.As a project manager for client success, I manage software implementation projects for customer accounts from inception to completion and act as a liaison between the company and the client to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and projects are successfully completed. I help my clients accomplish their milestones and objectives by providing guidance and support in the areas of document retention and preservation, business process analysis/improvement, and the most effective utilization of Exterro Fusion technology. I provide continuous, timely communication with all stakeholders (client and internally) through implementation project plans, written reports that communicate customer meeting goals and outcomes, all of which are focused on accomplishing client objectives on time and on budget. I assist sales and business development staff in pre-sales activities such as defining solutions, crafting proposals and presenting solutions to customers, and I provide web-based and on-site training for law firm and corporate customers.

I assist corporations and law firms in their endeavors to lower the risk and cost associated with legal business processes, using proven methodologies to improve a variety of obligations faced by law firms and in-house legal departments, such as eDiscovery, Records Management, Information Governance, Enterprise Contract Management and Intellectual Property Lifecycle Management. Our consulting practice and its team members have deep experience optimizing legal business processes for litigation readiness, the lifecycle of records, contract management, and intellectual property, as well as post-merger integration of legal departments.

First and foremost, I enjoy helping fellow lawyers and those in the legal profession solve problems. I am an expert in electronic discovery. I am particularly skilled at leading document review teams, review management processes, and discovery readiness and response. I am available for projects big and small and able to travel on short notice.
