As Senior Director, Strategic Marketing & Communications, I developed, directed and oversaw the strategy, marketing activities and creative direction for Federation CJA, including the annual fundraising campaign, internal partner engagement activities, and all corporate communications.I restructured the marketing department and built and led a team of 17 marketing professionals.
