Responsible for monthly benefits plans reconciliations; annual audit and 5500 form filing for benefits plans; budget preparation and oversight for Human Resource department; financial reports preparation and presentation for leadership on quarterly and annual basis; knowledge of benefits plans documents for adherence in system processes; accounts payable/receivable reconciliations; and various general ledger reconciliations. Administrate the retirement plans and keep current with regulations; assist Plan Advisor and Recordkeeper on plan changes and oversight to implement new regulations into the plans. Responsible to audit the software table set up and maintainence for compliance to Plan structures.

Administer ancillary plans, leave requests, FMLA, paid time off plans, pay benefits insurance billings and self-funded invoices, and reconcile plans to the general ledger.

Administrate Corporate purchase cards such as working with banking requirements, setting up software to analyze the data, upload journals for internal reporting; reconcile to the GL; maintain audit requirements; reporting to auditors; internal managers and individual staff.

Bank reconciliations; deferred compensation reconciliation; internal department and account set up; assist internal staff with accounting journals and questions; administrate internal accounting reports; work with external auditor requests.

Process income; donor information changes/additions; assist business income; property and stock gift income; network with the brokers, banking and internal systems in order to correct errors or process gifts.
