Nancy started her Executive Search career with Caliber Associates in Wayne, PA as Operations Manager before moving to San Diego to enter into a Recruiting role. She spent over five years with Caliber Associates and continued to work in the boutique Executive Search environment, where she continued to have an emphasis on the Life Sciences sector. She worked with such firms as Stevenson Search Partners and Korn/Ferry International.Throughout her career Nancy has had varied expertise encompassing administrative operations, research, recruiting, candidate assessment and evaluation, project and client management and new client development. Additionally, she has worked within various functional areas; commercial, research and development, clinical operations, preclinical, translational, quality and manufacturing. Nancy has worked with diverse client companies; Fortune 500/1000, Life Science start-up companies, Venture Capital backed companies, in addition to large and mid-size Diagnostic, Device, Pharmaceutical, Consumer and Biotechnology organizations. Additionally, she spent over two years partnering with a biopharma client as an Executive Recruiter for their global executive recruiting function.Nancy joined Amgen in March 2022 as a member of their Global Executive Recruiting group working within R&D and Operations.
