gyro is a global agency with 600 employees. Our studio is responsible for design and production of print and digital materials.I am the agency lead for gyro:express our online studio tool. gyro:express gives our clients the ability to organize, manage and share marketing assets. gyro:express includes an ad builder which allows for easy creative localization and versioning of print and digital creative across languages, products and regions.

Implemented online marketing portal. Created templates for online customization and maintained databases for asset management and fulfillment.Managed national print program for FSIs and direct mail. Established print efficiencies leading to savings in print and postage costs.

Print management

I was hired as Studio Manager in 2002. At that time I managed 6 artists and a proofreader. In 2006 I was promoted to Director of Print Services and I managed a group of 25+ people, including the Studio, Print Production, Proofreading, Art Buying and freelancers.

As Prepress Supervisor I was responsible for the execution of all printed materials. I managed all production artists and coordinated with creative and print production to get work done accurately and on deadline.

I was hired as a Digital Artist and after two years was promoted to Studio Manager. In addition, when the agency moved to it's LoDo location, I directed the network and server installation and maintained all the agency's workstations and printers. At the time I left the agency I was responsible for IT, prepress, print production and all freelance coordination.
