Obtaining my real estate license in the 80's during one of the most challenging real estate market environments was exciting and rewarding. After several successful years, I took a break from real estate and entered the corporate world. Then, before reactivating my real estate license, I opened Regrets Only, a small gift and stationery shop, located in Kerrytown and then on Main Street in downtown Ann Arbor. Owning my little business provided a wonderful opportunity, not only to become a familiar face in Ann Arbor, but also to build relationships and give back to the community.
