I conducted web-based research on COVID-19 vaccination incentives at the state and university levels and inputted qualitative and quantitative data into Microsoft Excel. My team and I successfully organized over 300 pieces of data to prepare for descriptive statistical analysis.

I worked in a fast-paced environment to provide friendly and efficient customer service to online and phone customers while packing up to 10 orders at a time. I successfully trained the incoming assistant manager and two new cashiers.

I sourced and responded to inquiries from potential clients on Quora and our business website to advertise products and services. I drafted blogs on related educational issues (choosing the right college, important upcoming deadlines, etc.) to help high school students stay on track for college applications.

I was an Advocacy Intern as a part of the Asian American Student Advocacy Project. I identified systematic issues (mental health, civic engagement, language barrier, etc.) in the education system within the project. I explored solutions (school counselor diversity, civic engagement classes, availability of translators) to address issues. I met with elected local officials to recommend and implement the solutions. We established partnerships with other youth organizations to expand our perspectives on the different opportunity and resource gaps in various communities.

I collaborated with a colleague to investigate and present our findings on the Treatment of Subway Franchises, Social Responsibility, and Intellectual Property to our supervisor and global leaders. I conducted case briefings for various cases (e.g. Gruen vs. Gruen, Palsgraf vs. Long Island R. Co.) with law students. I interviewed lawyers from top law firms and companies (Mayer Brown, Winston & Strawn, Macy’s, Littler Mendelson, and Wiggin & Dana) to network and gain perspective on the diverse career opportunities and paths in the legal field. I seek out opportunities to learn more about Accenture by attending company workshops (Accenture Innovation Hub Showcase, Speed Networking, Diverse Career Opportunities Panel, Design Thinking, Money Management and Investing, and Final Presentation Prep) to learn more about the legal industry and network with both Accenture’s and other companies’ employees. I identified the main points of three books (Lean In, Option B, and Getting Past NO) for the purpose of expanding our perspective of the legal field. Throughout, I consistently communicated and collaborated efficiently with my coworker to delegate tasks.

I evaluated polling data and voter interviews in the 65th District by canvassing neighborhoods for endorsement via community petitioning. I also coordinated fundraising events, including directing guests to their respected locations. I conducted voter interviews for more than 180 constituents.

I coordinated the scanning and printing of classroom materials to assist academy teachers in running a smooth program. I tutored students aged 5-8 in math and english, utilizing creative activities to gauge their attention.
